| In addition to having horses, a zebra, and other animals, I also ride
competitive mounted orienteering (NACMO).
Here are some pictures from the ride that Kristen, Beth, and I put on
this spring at Wildboy Lake. Thanks to
Longview Fibre for letting
us use the area.

I

Sometimes I even take my horses to open horse shows. I
think it is important that all horses, even trail horses, have
the experience of going to shows. Of course, before going
to a show, the animal needs to get a bath. Here is a
picture of Zetta getting her first bath.

This picture is from Zetta's first class at her first show,
the Skamania County Open Horse Show. She was alone in the
arena because she was the only one in her class and was
(unfortunately) hollering for her buddies. Even with her
being somewhat unsure of what was going on, she still did really
well for her first show.

This picture is from the only class that my friends,
Beth and Linda, and I were in together.

Horse Show click here.
I also do some non-animal related things. I work full time at
WaferTech, sometimes teach at
Mt. Hood Community College, and
occasionally do some work for
MATEC.
If that isn't enough, I also figure skate at
Mountain View Ice Arena. I will try to find a
few decent pictures of that to add here. When we went back east
this last time I managed to go skate at the Rockefeller Ice Rink.
Below are a couple of pictures from then. I'm not sure what they
were doing to the statue, but this was the least equipment we saw around
it.

Now you know all about me...... |
